Service & Installation Manager (Hardware geek)

As a part of our team you will be responsible for handling our projects from hardware part as a technician manager.


Installation manager

  • organise hardware purchases and deliveries

  • maintain contact with hardware suppliers

  • source IT partners and maintain communications with them

  • manage hardware budgets across installations and projects

  • manage installations of hard and software at external installations

  • attend trade and industry fairs to learn about new technologies and cutting edge products

  • client communication for external installations

  • creation of basic manuals to support remote clients

Service manager

  • provide effective and reliable IT service for company’s clients

  • plan new services and update existing ones

  • manage client access to company’s applications

  • organize clients’ IT issues and escalate them to the team (testers, developers)

  • support scrum master with JIRA maintenance

  • release management incl. delivery to clients and providing end-user support

  • set up processes and tools (Zendesk) for issue ticketing

  • administer company’s Office 365 account (new users, groups, roles) and other office and project related tools (Access and Alarm system, Security camera system, GitLab, Slack, Download centre, Lucidchart, Invision)

  • install and configure in-site computer systems and carry out on-site maintenance and communicate office IT requirements with external supplier


  • Passion and keen interest in new technologies
